About the event

This is a Mir Centre for Peace Lecture.

Converging ecological, social, economic, and mental health crises are profoundly affecting our youth. As educators and older adults, how can we interrupt our usual patterns to cultivate greater emotional stability, healing, responsibility, and relational connection across generational divides?

Join us to hear Dr Sharon Stein, Associate Professor of Educational Studies at UBC, speaking of her work in and through the Gesturing Towards Decolonial Futures Collective.

$22 adults, $15 low-barrier, FREE for students and youth.
